Gale began her insurance career in 1996 as a Customer Service Representative with a State Farm agent, quickly realizing she had found a career she truly enjoyed—helping people and making a difference in their lives. She earned her insurance license in 1998 and continued expanding her knowledge by working in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims, gaining valuable insight into the importance of having the right coverage.

After years on the claims side, Gale transitioned to the broker side of insurance, where she developed her passion for educating clients and creating personalized insurance solutions.

In 2022, Gale's dream of owning her own agency became a reality with the opening of Home Right Insurance Agency. With nearly 30 years of experience, she is dedicated to listening first, providing honest guidance, and helping clients protect what matters most.
